Getting Ready for Prom or Homecoming Dance with Friends

The most anticipated dance in your school is so close and you are going out with your friends. Getting ready is a prom experience . It can be fun and it can be stressful , some experiences can be complicated too. So, plan way ahead and we can almost  promise you that your night will be full of fun memories. 

Shop for your homecoming or prom dress way ahead of time if you are planning to buy from the internet . Sometimes it can take 8-12 weeks for your dream dress to arrive . Or plan to try on some dresses from your local boutique with your friends. Don't forget to accessorize! 

Let your parents know in advance about your plan - they are most likely to help you make your event a memorable one. 

If you are planning to do each others hair ,take turns on practicing a glam up hair do weeks before your event. 

If you are planning to do each others makeup , take turns on practicing different colors of eyeshadow that will match your dress color . If you are planning to go for a dramatic hue on your eyeshadow , go easy on your lipstick color and vice versa. 

Make sure that there is plenty of mirror or large enough mirror to share with . 

Organize your make up supplies with your friends , find out who will bring specific supplies like : hair spray , bobby pins , make up , hairbrush and more..  

On the night before your big dance event , organize a spa day or a sleep over to do each other's mani and pedi .        

On the day of your special event , give yourselves plenty of time to get ready with friends . 

Play your favorite and your friends favorite dance song to get everybody on the dance mood  ! 

Take plenty of pictures ,, you can always delete the ones that you don't like ! 

then..   DANCE... DANCE .... DANCE .. and have ... FUN .. FUN and FUN !!!
