RETURN POLICY/TERMS OF SALE/FAQ
The standard industry policy for special occasion dresses online is "NO RETURNS" but we would like to offer policy that is fair for the customers. Please read below for specific details.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY We hope that you love your purchase however for any reason, you may exchange your merchandise by requesting a return through our online merchandise return request page. CLICK HERE: RMA
1.You can return a dress for online credit in full amount -Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of the original purchase, or
2.You can return a dress of a 20 % restocking fee + shipping charges.
We urge that you have reviewed the correct size and have the right measurements before you purchase your item online. We are NOT responsible for the size that you purchased.
Most special occasion dresses requires alterations to get the best fit. If for some reason, the dress that you purchased does not fit or the wrong size and would like to return the item, please request a return merchandise authorization number RMA# within 3 days of receiving your purchased item.Without the RMA #, returned merchandise will not be accepted. Please know that a 20 % restocking fee will be charged to your account with returned merchandise. If your initial order included a free shipping, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the account.
Returned goods must be returned in original condition, unwashed without stains. All returns are inspected upon receipt and all original tags must be attached.
Store credits can only be used for Online Purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item. There will be a shipping charge for all exchanges.
Shoes and accessories purchased online are not eligible for exchanges or return and are FINAL.
IN STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL on evening/ special occasion dresses, accessories and shoes, and are also not eligible for exchanges. All purchases on the our physical location are final and are not eligible for exchanges.THERE WILL BE NO CASH or CARD REFUNDS or STORE CREDIT.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE MERCHANDISE IS AVAILABLE? While we strive to process the orders as soon as possible, due to high volume of orders, inventory can change very quickly.Once you placed an order, you will be notified within 48-72 hours if your merchandise is available in your desired color, style and size and in time for your wear date. If for any reason your ordered item is not available, you will then be notified for the cancellation of the merchandise. All orders are not processed and your credit card will not be charged for the amount purchased until we can confirm that we have the merchandise available for shipping in time for your wear date.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL Yes, prom-avenue will ship to International Destinations. NOTE: ALL International orders are FINAL. Customers are responsible to pay for any taxes or customs duties payable in his/ her own country . We cannot guarantee a delivery date on International orders as we have no control over international customs.
SECURE SITE Prom-Avenue uses SSL ( secure secure ) to collect credit card details . Your private information is secure and will not be shared with any other parties.
We are an authorized retailer for the designer dresses listed on our site.
MEASUREMENTS Please review your dress size order. Have the measurements taken by a professional seamstress if possible. Bust, waist and hip measurements are important for us to help you get the best fit with the least amount of alterations. Different designers have different dress size charts and could run differently. Please do not assume your dress size.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE WE, reserve the right at our discretion to update, change or replace any of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
